2day..

2day gt tuition at 9.00a.m..

i going to woke up early..

but can't becoz yesterday i play fb until 12.00 something..XP

sleep late lo..until 8.15a.m. only woke up..

ntg to eat..juz eat some biscuits lo..

tuition..tuition..tuition..

finally ..11.00 a.m. ald..juz finish tuition!!yay~

came back home n watch my gym's video..

also very boring becoz i ald c it so many times ..hahaXD

then sms wif my kind fren -WingYan..

when i off my computer..my cousin they all ald came to my house...come to my

room too..

they came to my house ..i went to my cousin house..when reach their home..i take

his mum's handphone (w705) to send some songs..hehe..at there until 6

something only came back our own home..v decided go to Cameron Hingland n

Singapora ..

but i cannot go to Singapore..becoz i hav school..T^T..so sad..too bad la

gals..maybe i can go to the book fair..hehe^^

about Wesak Day..

Today is Wesak Day..so no need go to school..

I woke up early becoz later i got my training at 9.30a.m.

until 12.30p.m.

So, eat something first..

After fetch my brother go to tuition ..

then only fetch me go to school..

(My brother r so pity..wesak day also gt tuition)..haha

When i go in the hall..someone was sweeping the floor..

We juz go there n open carpet..

V say many coach is coming..v think they r doing the "AGG" rountine 4 the Angel Cup

on August..

v also join..but no now..now v r preparing our own rountine..

After an hour ago..v ald do finish our line-work n worm-up..then juz start rountine..

i start rope first..becoz sheau wen jj at here..she help me to change my rountine lo..haha

Suddenly she ask me" Qianling, u wanna to buy the ribbon from China mah??" then i dunno..

juz answer her " dunno'..hehe..

After that ...12.15p.m. ald..i'm doing double jump(x100)..wah!!

but finally i also do finish..i looking at up ..then i can do about 20 something only stop..yeah!!

i saw Ke Yie at there playing badminton...haha..shiow hua juz say she dunno who is her ald lo

so long time did't saw her ald lo..


then the Natasya do double jump ..she only do about 50 times only..no enough..but my coach-jaime jj

did't c her ..Natasya c shiow yng finish doing then she stop doing..

lie ppl..cheat ppl..ald 2 times liao lo..


haiz..dunwan to talk about she ald la..

when i walking to the way..i heard ke yie shouted my name..then i saw back juz say "hello" to

her..she ask me some question about gymrama de lo..

then go back home n start playing my fb n chating wif my fren ..wingyan they all..

too boring..so go to sleep until 7..(2 hours)..when i sleep ..sure i will sleep 3 or 4 hours de..

after that ..my mum say to me she had call my coach -sheau wen jj...about that ribbon n

something la..


Yeah..i can buy that ribbon lo..but dunno wad colour did sheau wen jj tat choose...T^T

n next year i still can continued my gym lol...yay...

then go dinner lo..

大扫除..真不爽那个老师!

大扫除吧了嘛, 迟到都没关系啦!啊哟~又搞到我要起早八早起身阿!!
我认为学校为我们这些帮忙大扫除的人所准备的食物都不好吃,所以不是就在家里吃饱才去 咯!
到学校后, 就把我的韵律操书包放进礼堂先咯!反正我的朋友-泳娴都还没来...走到一半的时候, 就看见那个吴荣生....顶他...过后就发送sms给泳娴咯!!...她说她还没到..当我走到食堂靠近大门哪儿, 她就来了... 过后不是就去体育馆集合啦...一进到体育馆, 只看见人山人海在走来走去..当刘老师来到后我们便坐下来..那个覃祖 斌显自己的电话钱太多..所以无段段 发sms给泳娴咯...过后就轮到校长为我们致词..当校长致词完毕后,刘老师就分配工作...我们很不幸跟到一个我们最最讨厌的老师..算了...!!老师要我们到每班去借扫把..我们两就到我们自己班去借 扫把咯~那里知道那个吴荣生去跟我们抢..他说谁先到就随那..结果竟然给他抢到..周老师说只能借我们二十分钟而已...那个吴荣生马上给回泳娴..之后就回礼堂打扫..哇唠...那个体育储藏市灰尘多 到...又要戴上口罩..热死人咯!!...20分钟后我们跟那个老师说我们要换回扫把了...可事她却不给...顶她啦!!...过后就找借口跟她说 咯..她就随便叫我们去装水回去.. 分明就是针对我们罢了咯...2小时后..我们比其他人早半小时完毕..累到爆.. 然后到食堂去吃摇摇冰...因为很热嘛...爽到...过后还有练习呢...

Interclub competition!!

比赛当天我很早就起 床了，
为了有足够的力量， 我吃了一些有精力充沛的食物！
一到哪儿就走走。。因为时间还早，不必那么早开始热身~
况且教练也还没有来咯！随便 啦~~………
一会儿，才甘愿去做热身！
做到一半的时候刚好教练就来了。立刻快步地走过去向她请安（每天的任务）哈哈！！
过后，就去拿绳子……那些来练习。比赛差 不多开始时，去换比赛衣。因为我们是被排在前面的!讨厌.
一开始, 前面跳那四样没有什么问题啦!到跳后面那两样的时候有点失手了!糟糕了!!

比赛成绩出炉了...我那到两个金及一 银~..非常开心噢!!!开心到不知如何形容呀!!
我的个人拿到银牌..那天(令一天)我没去拿..我的哦朋友代替我拿!!

本来在五月的时候我与我韵律操朋友有得去泰国比赛的。。
那里知道泰国很乱有弄到我们没得去 了！！
气死我了！！。。。
可是也是好的，我不必那么害怕，因为那里现在很乱。
大家都知道得啦~可怜，又要等到七月！
我也不动七月的时候哪儿会怎样叻！
浪费了一张503令吉机票。
如果七月又没得去的话，我宁愿不要去了。。去 别的国家好过啦！

Competition in SMK Yu Hua, kajang

...long time did't write my blog ald...

I went to competition on last last last Tuesday..that day i was very happy becoz i won all the medals

When v reach there, we do our warm-up n some straighting at there.After a few minutes, Sheau wen jj asked us to changed leotard.My mom help me to make-up coz i dunno how to make-up!haha~..

When competition start, i got a little bit scared becoz i saw many ppl were very pro..I juz do my best only..finally the competition end,i can get a rest at there with shiow hua&yng.v quickly went to the canteen to eat something becoz r so hungry..

Then v go back the hall n saw the big girl competition.During the big girl competition,i meet my old gym fren..i juz chat with her until the big girl competition finish..

When the prize giving, i was very excited to get my prizes..I am very very happy becoz i get the most medals at the competition!!!haha

Competition in Klang

Wednesday and Thursday i did't go to school because i go competition!!

Wed :) Me and my group friends (mong mong, ke yie, shoiw yng & natasya) get No.1 in the group (*ball*).....our ribbon team also get NO.1 in group..they are shir li, wan ting, izzantie & mei chen...haha..and we are going to MSSM to competition...

Thurs :) I competition individu.... Ball and club i get No.1 , ribbon get No.2 , freehand get No.3 , roop get No. 5 , hoop get No. 7 and overoll get No.1...

Haha!!!! that day i was very happy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Competition in Kuantan

Last Year (2008) i entered a National Junior Circuit in Kuantan. The competition got many people.The people came from Kuala Lumpur, Sabah, Pahang, Johor and many.i get ball in 6th , rope in 13th , freehand 15th and hoop is 9th.We all (G2 and G3) also did't won the price.
